Abstract (English):
The relevance of this study lies in the importance of consuming quality products. Cases of counterfeiting of goods, aimed at the manufacturer obtaining greater profits at lower costs for the goods and deceiving the consumer, have become widespread. To avoid purchasing a food product that does not meet the standards, you need to pay attention to many indicators, one of them is the labeling of the product, as well as the appearance and condition of the product.
