Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Currently, identifying the genetic component in quantitative and economically useful traits for further improvement of molecular and breeding work is an urgent task in animal husbandry. In connection with this, development and improvement of methods for genome-wide analysis to detect association a number of single nucleotide polymorphisms helps us achieve our goals. IN In this study, GWAS was carried out for the obtained EBVs based on the chemical composition of meat commercial hybrids and genome-wide SNPs were identified for further analysis of genes and genotypes and comparisons with parental hereditary components.

Keywords:
genetics, genome-wide association study, SNP, chemical meat composition, commercial hybrids (F2), pigs.
