The article presents data from microbiological studies of sunflower seeds depending on storage temperature. During the experiment, it was found that increasing the storage temperature of sunflower helps reduce bacterial contamination of seeds. However, physicochemical and organoleptic indicators remain a priority when choosing sunflower storage parameters.
