In recent years, a large amount of data has been accumulated indicating the need to replace traditional feed antibiotics with plant extracts. The purpose of our work was to study the effect of coumarin on the content of chemical elements in the pectoral muscles and liver of broiler chickens. It was found that the inclusion of various doses of coumarin in the diet contributed to an increase in the amount of chemical elements in the pectoral muscles (B, Cu, Co, Fe, Mn, Ni, Se, Zn, Ca) and in the liver (B, Cu, Cr, Co, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ca).
