Abstract (English):
In the conditions of the Cis-Kama region of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020-2022. Research was conducted to identify the influence of meteorological factors on changes in the amino acid composition of grain of winter wheat varieties selected by the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture: Kazanskaya 560, Darina, Universiade. The Kazanskaya 560 variety stood out both in terms of the total amount of amino acids (10.01 g/100 g) and the amount of essential amino acids (5.02 g/100 g). High average daily temperatures with simultaneous moisture deficit in 2021 increased the content of all essential amino acids, with the exception of leucine, in all study variants.
