Fusarium head blight is one of the most harmful diseases of winter rye, which has become widespread in recent years. A comparison of different methods of application and preservation of Fusarium graminearum inoculum was conducted in order to determine the most effective approach in terms of the level of resistance of the variety and stage of infection. This was done with the aim of optimising the infectious background to this disease
