Abstract (English):
In Russia, according to Rosstat, fallow lands account for approximately 10% of all unused agricultural land – 4.4 million hectares. It is possible to return a huge area of sown areas by using the fallow land as virgin land; in this case, it is necessary to divide all types of processing of virgin land into two parts, fighting difficult to remove weeds, and deep loosening with vibrating chisel working bodies of the fallow layer 45 cm deep for sowing grain crops.
