Abstract (English):
A molecular genetic study of the cow population was carried out using PCR-RFLP analysis for the thyroglobulin hormone gene (TG5) with subsequent identification of animals with the best indicators of milk productivity. Cows with the TG5TT genotype have the best indicators of economically useful traits. The frequency of occurrence of this genotype is 16% (26 animals).
