Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
When ammonium nitrate is used on farms in the Amur region, it becomes an important issue of the survival of Far Eastern natural nodule populations soybean bacteria are an important component of the soil biocenosis of the region. The purpose of this work determine safe concentrations of ammonium nitrate for the growth and development of pure cultures of B. elkanii isolated from indigenous populations of these microorganisms, identify strains of rhizobia resistant to increased concentrations of ammonium nitrate in nutrient medium on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Scientific Center All-Russian Research Institute of Soybeans.
