This article discusses basic information about an infectious disease caused by fungi of the Urediniomycetes class of the order Uredinales. As a result of many years of research, scientists have identified a set of measures aimed at combating rust fungi using the example of the species Gymnosporangium sabinae and developed a scheme for combating the pathogen.
