The paper presents the results of studying changes in humus status chernozem leached as a result of many years of use of organic, mineral fertilizers and ameliorant. A decrease in its content has been established at systematic use of physiologically acidic mineral fertilizers from 4.15 to 3.92% This situation can be stabilized by adding calcium ameliorant, where its content increases from 4.04 to 4.49%
