Studies have been carried out to isolate endophytic microorganisms from wheat and barley seeds selected by the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture with subsequent study of them ability to produce 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase (ACC- deaminases). During the studies, 7 strains of bacteria were isolated, capable of growing on media containing ACC as the only source of nitrogen and carbon.
