In a laboratory experiment using a hydroponic setup The reaction of soybean plants to long-term waterlogging of the soil (100% PPV) was studied. Influence stress on resistance to waterlogging was assessed by changes in the content of two forms of chlorophyll in the leaves of the early ripening soybean variety Radiant. As a result of the study The resistance of this variety to long-term waterlogging of the soil was revealed.
