Abstract (English):
The intensification of agricultural production has made it possible to increase the productivity of cultivated plants and solve the country's food problem. On the other hand, technologies using chemical resources also have a negative side: soil and groundwater are polluted; soil fertility decreases; biological diversity in the agricultural landscape is declining; environmental tension in the ecosystem increases. Therefore, it is necessary to look for an alternative to traditional technologies, and this direction may be the complete or partial abandonment of pesticides and their replacement with biological preparations. The biological fungicide Plantarel was studied when treating barley seeds with it and applying it to vegetative plants. The use of Plantarel increased the survival rate of barley plants by 2.3% during the tillering period of the crop, the nutritional regime of the soil improved, the content of nutrients in available form increased by 0.4-0.9 mg/kg of soil, nitrogen, available phosphorus by 7 mg/kg of soil and exchangeable potassium per 10 mg/kg of soil. At the same time, the biogenicity of the soil increases, the number of soil micromycetes and fungi of the genus Fusarium decreases, which indicates an increase in the fungistatic properties of the soil.
