The article presents the results of evaluating potato hybrids of selection Chuvash Research Institute of Agriculture on the main economically valuable indicators, which made it possible to identify the best hybrids in the agroclimatic conditions of the southern part of the Volga-Vyatka region. The hybrids were assessed according to the following indicators: accumulation intensity number and weight of tubers, productivity, yield, marketability, as well as resistance to the most common diseases.
